• Email address and name given at registration.
• Subscription data: plan, period, payment status, payment history, licence keys.
• Domains where the software is activated, its version and the time of the last licence check.
• Payment identifiers received from the payment provider. Card details never reach us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited — via cookies and web analytics.
• The content of support requests.

3. Why

• To perform the licence agreement: issuing, validating and revoking licences, providing the distributive and updates.
• To take payments, issue receipts and keep tax records.
• To provide support and notify about changes to the terms.
• To detect abuse and attempts to circumvent licensing.
• To collect anonymised traffic statistics.

4. Sharing and storage

Data is shared only with the payment provider, the hosting provider, the web analytics service and the transactional email service — each strictly to the extent needed.

Accounts, subscriptions and licences are stored on a server located in the Russian Federation. Account data is kept for the term of the agreement plus three years; accounting records for the statutory period; support requests for one year.

5. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent. Write to admin@cos-it.ru from the address registered in your account; we reply within 30 days. Deleting an account invalidates the licence keys issued to it.
