Refund policy

1. 14-day refund

You may cancel and get a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first payment for a plan, no justification required, provided every domain the licence was activated on has been deactivated in the dashboard.

2. When a refund is not issued

• More than 14 calendar days after the payment in question.
• On automatic renewals not cancelled before the charge date — except for amounts charged in error.
• Where the licence terms were breached (redistribution of the archive or key, circumvention of licensing).
• For the unused remainder of a period after a voluntary cancellation: access simply continues until the period ends.

3. How to request one

Email admin@cos-it.ru from the address registered in your account, stating the payment date. We answer within 3 business days and return the money by the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Licence keys for the refunded period are revoked; your site content and settings are untouched.

4. Technical failures

If the software does not work for reasons attributable to us, we first try to fix it. If it is not fixed within a reasonable time, you may claim a refund for the current period regardless of the 14-day window.
