Public offer

1. Parties and subject

This document is a public offer by Самозанятая Чернышова Ольга Олеговна (TIN 741705470717), a self-employed taxpayer under the Russian professional income tax regime (the "Licensor"), to grant a non-exclusive licence to use the COS WP Woo e-commerce software — a WordPress/WooCommerce plugin together with the companion theme shipped inside the same archive.

The number of domains the software may be activated on and the set of available modules are defined by the purchased plan. Title to the software is not transferred.

2. Acceptance

Payment of the fee constitutes full acceptance of this offer under Article 437 of the Russian Civil Code. The agreement is concluded electronically; no paper signature is required.

3. Fees and payment

Current prices are published at https://cos-woo.tech/pricing and are denominated in Russian roubles.

The Licensor applies the professional income tax regime and is not a VAT payer; no VAT is charged. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never transmitted to the Licensor.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the same price until cancelled in the customer dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; the period already paid for remains available until it ends.

4. Delivery, updates and support

The distributive and the licence key become available in the dashboard immediately after payment is confirmed. There is no physical shipment.

Updates and email support are provided for the duration of the subscription. When the paid period ends the software is not disabled: paid modules switch off, free functionality and all content created by the customer remain intact.

5. Restrictions

• No redistribution, resale, sublicensing or transfer of the distributive or the licence key.
• No circumvention or modification of the licensing mechanism.
• Reverse engineering only to the extent expressly permitted by Article 1280 of the Russian Civil Code and by the GNU GPL for the parts distributed under it.

6. Warranties and liability

The software is provided "as is". The Licensor does not warrant compatibility with an arbitrary combination of third-party plugins, themes and runtime versions, nor any particular commercial outcome.

The Licensor’s aggregate liability is limited to the fee actually paid for the current subscription period. The customer is responsible for backing up their site before installing or updating the software.

7. Refunds, personal data, changes

Refund terms: https://cos-woo.tech/refund. Personal data handling: https://cos-woo.tech/privacy. Amended terms take effect no earlier than 14 days after publication and never retroactively for a period already paid for.

Russian law governs this agreement. Disputes are resolved through negotiation first, with a mandatory 30-day claim procedure, and thereafter by the court at the Licensor’s location.
